岩手透析ネットでは週２回の定期交信を行っております。
盛岡市を中心とした内陸部では、ＶＨＦバンドの１４４ＭＨｚ帯での直接交信が可能ですが、内陸部と沿岸部とでは北上山地の影響が大きく、
直接波での交信がほぼ難しい地形環境となっておりますので、インターネットを利用したＶｏＩＰによる通信システムの一つであるＷｉＲＥＳを
利用しての交信が可能となっております。
そのＷｉＲＥＳ利用のシステムに於いては、２０１１年に発生した東日本大震災後に岩手県内を網羅するために医師である故岡崎宣夫先生を
中心に構築されたＷｉＲＥＳによる『三陸復興ネットワーク』を利用させて貰っております。
三陸復興ネットワークに於いては、現在システム維持も含めて開放されていますので『岩手透析ネット』でも利用しております。
※ 現在はWiRES-IIからWiRES-Xへと移行しています。
岩手透析ネットの定期交信の日時等は以下の通りとなります。 （※ １３時の部は現在休止中）
・毎週火曜日の１３時〜 及び １５時〜
・毎週木曜日の１３時〜 及び １５時〜
何れもＷｉＲＥＳ-Ｘのルーム２９９９９にて実施されております。
（現在は三陸復興ネットワークの維持が不透明な事もあり、緊急的にWiRES-X EMG-ROOM ２９９９９を利用させて貰っています。）
岩手透析ネット以外の医療機関及び賛同する一般のアマチュア局の参加についても歓迎します。 |

In the inland centering on Morioka-shi，although direct communication with
the 144MHz belt of a VHF band is possible，
the influence of Kitakami Mountain Range is large in inland and an area
along the shore，
and since communication by a direct wave serves as almostdifficult geographical
feature environment，
communication using WiRES which is one of the communications systems by
VoIP using the Internet has been attained．
※ It has shifted to WiRES-X from WiRES-II now. |
In the system of the WiRES use, since it covers an Iwate within the prefecture
after the East Japan great earthquake generated in 2011,
the "Sanriku revival network" by WiRES built focusing on Mr. Nobuo Okazaki who is a doctor, and who passed away was made to use,
and it has been given. |

In the Sanriku revival network，since it is wide opened also including the
present system maintenance，
the “Iwate dialysis network” is also used．
The time of fixed communication of the Iwate dialysis network etc. becomes
as follows． （※ The part at 13:00 JST is under pause now.）
・13:00 and 15:00 JST on every week Tuesday．
・13:00 and 15:00 JST on every week Thursday．
All are carried out in the room 29999 of WiRES-X.
（Currently, the maintenance of the Sanriku revival network is uncertain,
so I am urgently using WiRES-X EMG-ROOM 29999.）
It welcomes also about medical institutions other than the Iwate dialysis network, and the participation of a general amateur station
which approves. |
